On track for total RFID solutions

Large global companies demand RFID-based solutions that can be provided by a single source worldwide, across multiple manufacturing or supplier sites. Conversely, there is a multitude of smaller companies that have not adopted RFID due to the complexities of dealing with numerous technology partners.

2017, Turck acquired RFID company, Vilant Systems. The two companies had worked together on various projects for many years, Turck providing sensor and
automation hardware expertise and Vilant completing the total solution with middleware and software products.
This acquisition and the formation of Turck Vilant
means the Turck organisation now offer com-plete RFID solutions consisting of hardware, middleware, software and integration.
