HepcoMotion has introduced the HDCB heavy-duty compact beam, a streamlined addition to the company's Heavy Duty range that has the facility to mount slides on all four corners. Essentially a robust single-axis unit, the HDCB has the potential to be a two-stage telescopic Z-axis, while its curved recess feature also allows the inclusion of a ball screw drive. A rack can be included on the back face, should a rack drive be preferred.
