Hepco has developed a universal linear slide bearing, based on standard
parts from its SL2 stainless steel (type 440°C) bearing series, which can
operate continuously in a vacuum and at temperatures as high as 200°C.
Linear bearing assemblies can be assembled quickly, says Hepco, and the
choice of grease will determine the assembly's suitability for vacuum and
high temperature duty.
