High accuracy, high load bearing alternative to belt-driven linear
motion
Hepco's new HDFS ball screw driven linear motion system, for loads of up
to 4 tonnes, combines the company's heavy-duty extruded aluminium beam
system (featuring hardened and ground slides) with its FB Fastline ball
screw range. Bearings are available in 64 and 95mm diameters and beams
can be specified up to 4m long. The ball screws are rolled with precision
ground nuts and are available in 5 and 10mm pitches. Options include low
backlash or preloaded nuts, depending on the precision required.
