Adept Scientific has published a Quality Newsletter to keep readers up to
date with some of the latest developments in software for quality
control, statistical process control (SPC) and associated applications.
The first issue - available free of charge to appropriately qualified
applications - focuses on SPC software, NWA Quality Analyst, with details
of the new Quality Analyst Web Server (QAWS). This server provides a
means of distributing quality control charts to colleagues, suppliers and
customers in a timely and effective way.
Claimed to be the first true Web version of any SPC software, QAWS allows
SPC charts created centrally to be published to a corporate intranet or
extranet in a standard graphics image format such as jpeg or bitmap. When
a user requests such a chart, it is generated directly from the most
recent data.
