A Lo-Lohm check valve which is specifically designed to provide optimal performance in harsh duty service in oil tool applications, is a new addition to the established range of Lee Products miniature components.
The Lee 440C check valve is constructed entirely from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and features a durable poppet and seat to ensure longer cycle life and increased resistance to damage from contamination, resulting in improved overall system performance.
Available in four standard sizes and in forward and reverse flow directions, the 440C valve is designed to save space and weight and offers a high flow capability relative to its compact size. Sizes range from 0.187” up to 0.500” in diameter, with free flow Lohm rates from 100 up to 12 Lohms. The valves are available with cracking pressures of 5 ± 3 and 1± 0.5 psid.
Every Lee Check valve is 100% tested and inspected to ensure a reliable, consistent performance and so eliminates the need for time-consuming, in-house testing. Special, custom-made versions are also available on request (for example, models made from MP35N which meet NACE MR0175 requirements where operating environments are extremely corrosive).
