Economical device for angle or speed measurement

The Model 1700 Lebow rotary torque transducer from RDP Electronics provides an economical method of measuring angle or speed in research or industrial applications. The devices are compact with body lengths from 62mm to 84mm, easy to install thanks to a variety of mounting options and include integrated electronics for ±10V dc output. The five models in the series cover ranges from 0.02Nm to 1500Nm and are offered with a choice of encoder options for measurement of angle, or the RPM option for speed monitoring. Thanks to the contactless transmission of supply voltage and measuring signal, the Model 1700 has low maintenance, is ideally suited for continuous operation and has a hysteresis performance of 0.1% or better.
