Slim escutcheons on 1225 program locks and handles

EMKA has come to market with the 1225 program; a step forward from the successful 1125 series. The range encompasses slim escutcheons to take insert locks or handles as well as a new full selection of swinghandle designs including a novel short version - ideal for wall mount cabinets.

The 1225 program of enclosure locking equipment features improvements in sliding dust covers for lock protection, as well as polyurethane gasket sealing and the whole assembly styling changed dramatically, to match developing concepts of cabinet design. This specifically to match the current trend to improved appearance of cabinets incorporating softer more curved lines for visual appeal, tactility and comfort.

1225 program contains short and long escutcheons for Insert type key locks, L-Handle, T-Handle and wing handle. The swinghandle versions accept all normal EMKA rod operating mechanisms plus key locks with dust cover, as well as padlock variants.

Specialist features include a particularly interesting version of the swinghandle with KABA high security cylinder as standard. Also, the ability to print company logos on 1225 is an attractive new facility especially for Original Equipment Manufacturers wishing to own brand their installations.

All types - including the 125mm long "short" version - are fully compatible with the EMKA round and flat rod actuation systems for multi-point closure.
