The ErgoLOC handheld dispense valve from Henkel Loctite Adhesives will
delivery precise shots of cyanoacrylate or anaerobic adhesive from just
0.005g all the way up to a continuous bead. Weighing just 140g, the valve
is suitable for the assembly of small, delicate components, and is
adaptable to both manual and robotic applications.
The valve body and stem are made from PTFE and the forward closing design
prevents air from being trapped in the valve, which might otherwise cause
cyanoacrylate adhesives to cure prematurely. The unit provides optimum
drop transfer of low viscosity products and will dispense adhesives with
viscosities of up to 10,000mPas.
