'Super Mini' gear range
Heason Technologies can now supply Harmonic Drives' 'Super Mini' gear
range with a 30:1 ratio. Previously, the lowest standard gear ratio in
this range was 50:1. The HFUC Super Mini replaces planetary and spur
gears for high speed applications, offering peak torque of 16Nm and 1.5
minutes of arc accuracy (maximum 60mm outer diameter). The units offer
enhanced self pre-loading, reduced bending stress, improved momentary and
repeat peak torque loading and greater transmission accuracy.
