Harting has added new Pg-9 panel feed-throughs plus M8 and M12 sensor
connectors to its Harax rapid termination system. Based on insulation
displacement technology, Harax combines the advantages of both connector
and cable gland. Installation involves removing the outer cable
insulation, attaching the Harax assembly and tightening a screw cap. This
automatically achieves the connection and provides a finished joint with
full strain relief and IP67 environmental protection.
