MiniTec teams up with Werma at Mach 2018

For the recent Machine Tool Industry show, Mach 2018, Werma needed demonstrator units to be built to demonstrate its new systems.

For the recent Machine Tool Industry show, Mach 2018, Werma who are manufacturers of innovative systems for process optimisation as well as industrial signal devices, needed demonstrator units to be built to demonstrate its new systems.

Each demonstrator had to provide the basic structure to enable Werma to demonstrate the new products being shown at the exhibition. StockSaver is a Kanban stock movement monitoring system with automatic stock replenishment functions. MiniTec constructed a full scale flow rack onto which StockSaver was installed.

Two more units were built to simulate factory workstations to enable a second system SmartMonitor to be shown to visitors to the stand. SmartMonitor is a wireless system for monitoring machine up and down time or can be deployed as a manually operated call-for-action system on manual workbenches.
