Digi-Key reinforces commitment to design innovation

During Embedded World 2018 in Nuremburg, Germany Digi-Key Electronics will have representatives on-hand at booth A4-633 to talk about how its breadth of product can help fuel innovation and get designs to market faster.

Guests are encouraged to ask about the benefits of using My Digi-Key. Visitors to the booth also have the opportunity to use free tokens to play on one of many slot machines for the chance to win a prize.

“We are excited for the opportunity to network with engineers and customers and look forward to demonstrating how registering for a My Digi-Key account can help make their ordering and designing processes easier,” said Hermann Reiter, Senior Director, Global Strategic Business Development & Suppliers. “Digi-Key is continuously working hard to ensure our website and resources are designed to fully enhance our digital relationship with our customers.”

As part of Student Day on Thursday, March 1, the first 500 students to stop by the booth will receive a free Digi-Key ruler. While there, they can learn more about Digi-Key’s academic solutions such as free tools and a wide variety of educational kits, boards, modules, and more.

Students also have an opportunity to register to win a Digi-Key InstaLab Kit. Entrants can register by scanning the QR code or going to the URL listed on the flyer which will be handed out on Thursday. Drawing for the winner will take place the week following Embedded World.

The InstaLab was created with the intention of providing enough gear to turn an electronics student’s dorm room into their own maker space. The kit includes over 20 different products from many of Digi-Key's supplier partners and is customized to meet European power standards.
