Powersolve move to new facility

The need to add more design capability as well as increased warehousing has prompted leading power solutions specialist Powersolve to move to new premises in Newbury, Berkshire.

At just over 20,000ft², the new facility provides Powersolve with more than double the storage space, allowing the company to provide more of its product offering from stock.

"The ability to provide standard products off the shelf has been key to our growth in recent years as more and more companies are leaving it late to specify and then buy a power source", says Powersolve's managing director, Peter Clark. "Our new facility allows us to keep very large stocks of most of the more popular power supplies as well as adequate stock levels across the rest of our standard product portfolio.

"We also needed more space for design and small batch production since we are now developing more of our own products, and an increasing number of our customers are also asking for a full custom solution or a modified standard power supply to meet their needs. Our new facility also gives us scope for further growth" concludes Clark.
