Sealing The Future Of Pneumatic Valves

Festo's cartridge seal device comprises an 'omega' profile flexible synthetic rubber seal housed in a brass ring. The cartridge requires only uniform machining of the valve bore and, when the seals are pressed into place, the only accuracy issues are mounting depth and radial alignment.
