Monorail BM – a reliable and robust product

The guideways are supplied in one-piece lengths of up to 6m. MONORAIL BM guideways, available in sizes BM 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 45, are reliable and robust solutions for various industrial applications in medical technology, the semiconductor industry, laboratory automation, measuring technology, automation, robotics, the optics industry and, of course, the machine tool industry.

The Monorail BM guideway is available with integrated AMSA, AMSABS and AMSD distance measuring systems. Additional accessories include bellows, additional wipers and lubrication plates to name but a few.

The Monorail BM linear bearings are equipped with longitudinal and cross wipers as standard. This efficient sealing prevents dirt ingress and loss of lubricant leading to improved service life.

Stainless steel for special applications

Monorail BM guideways are also available with different material options for extreme environments such as stainless steel and ceramics or with corrosion protective coatings such as Duralloy.
