Hypoid gear technology from alpha gearheads

alpha gearheads' right-angle gearheads use the very latest hypoid gear technology, offering three clear advantages over bevel gearings: they facilitate increased torque because the pinion is larger; generate cost savings, thanks to higher reduction ratios in a single stage, and produce considerably less noise owing to the smaller radius of curvature of the tooth mesh as well as a larger spiral angle.

Traditionally, customers have been forced to choose between high-speed coaxial drives and slow-speed right-angle drives; in other words, speed and compactness were mutually exclusive. The High-Speed Right-Angled Gearheads put an end to this long-accepted compromise.

Hypoid SK+ and SPK+
With up to 100% more torque and speed than comparable products, the SK+/SPK+ series right-angled gearheads offer ratios of 3:1 to 100:1 (SK+) and 12:1 to 100:1 (SPK+) and up to 400Nm nominal output torque for the SK+ and 750Nm nominal output torque for the SPK+.

Hypoid HG+ Hollow Shaft Gearhead
alpha's HG+ innovation offers several advantages. It offers more power from less space and opens up completely new applications with its hollow shaft on both sides. With up to 200% more torque and 100% higher speeds than comparable products, the HG+ also offers a long lifespan with low torsional backlash and high rigidity even in highly dynamic operations of up to 50.000 cycles per hour.

Hypoid TK+ and TPK+
The TK+ gearhead is the low backlash hollow-shaft robot flange gearhead and the TPK+ is the low-backlash right angled gearhead with robot flange. The low torsional backlash and high torsional stiffness assure the positioning accuracy of your drives and machines, even in highly dynamic operations.
