Measuring Low Flow In Compressed Air Systems

E-T-A’s new plug-in FM1-CA flow meter series measures a range of gas flow rates in pipes from DN15 to DN50 diameter. When plugged directly into uniformly sized sensor adapters, measurements can be taken in main and secondary pipelines throughout a compressed air system. The calorimetric measuring device will reliably measure very small volume flows, while consumption measurements ensure that the compressed air supply is matched to demand. Volume flow rates are from zero to 50m3/h for small pipe, and from zero to 480m3/h for large. The signal is fed by a single lead to a separate DIN rail mounting meter.
