Ace Controls has extended its Tubus product range with the addition of a
long radial profile damper made from a special co-polyester elastomer.
The radial deformation of the new TR-L series damper provides a very long
and soft deceleration with progressive energy absorption towards the end
of the stroke. The unit is suitable for applications that require very
low reaction forces. Ace says that its Tubus dampers have a life
expectancy 20 times longer than that of urethane dampers, ten times
longer than rubber buffers and five times longer than steel springs.
