At the heart of the MiniTec aluminium profile system is the Powerlock fastening method which requires no specific preparation, pre-machining or special tools. The fastening system is well proven for simplified design and rapid assembly. Because it uses standard fasteners it means that structures can be dismantled and re-assembled easily in perhaps a different layout or configuration. Designing MiniTec systems is made even easier with online design aids such as MiniTec iCAD online, a CAD tool which can be used to select and configure the hardware of MiniTec modular solutions. To ensure the appropriate system is designed for safe use an online app is available which will calculate the deflection of the aluminium profiles and linear slideways deployed. It will calculate values in both horizontal and vertical designs. The values for both load and length are stored until the application has been completed thus making a comparison of different profile systems quick and easy.

MiniTec look forward to seeing you at the show and having the opportunity to show you how simple MiniTec modular profile systems are to use and how limitless the applications are.

MiniTec will be at Manufacturing & Engineering North East at the Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle on 6-7 July, Stand C12.
