Traceability of product
A laser engraving device has just been commissioned and tooling has been designed and developed in house which allows all products manufactured by Precision Acoustics to be engraved with an indelible serial number. This marks a significant step in improving product traceability. Managing Director Gary Livingstone comments; “traceability of component is an absolute must in many industries especially those involved in safety critical work such as the aerospace and medical sectors. The introduction of laser marking also gives us an opportunity to increase our brand profile and awareness by users.”
