Heason Technology Limited, a specialist supplier of precision motion control equipment, has become the newest member of the Variohm Holdings group of companies. The former’s engineering and sales functions will continue to operate from existing premises at Broadbridge Heath, but some of the administrative and accounting functions will be transferred to the group headquarters at Towcester, Northamptonshire.
Variohm Holdings, through its existing member companies, is a supplier of sensors for pneumatic and hydraulic systems. The addition of Heason to the group will provide additional expertise in the area of electric/electronic control and positioning technology.
