Premo RFID Components' new 'HARSH-TAG' provides a reliable RFID product operating in the UHF band. Its design allows high reading performance even over metallic objects, and its IP68 rated plastic enclosure (Polyamid PA6) is UL94 V-0 flame-resistant. The tag itself is fully EPC Gen 2 compatible, with 96 bits of free memory for user data. The frequency of operation is 866 MHz to 954 MHz (Global); size is 148 x 20.2 x 15mm and each tag weighs just 40g. Read range on non-metal surfaces is up to 4m, and on metal surfaces 2m.
