Pin hinge features stud fixing and retained pivot

EMKA’s new 1031 hinge is quick to install with its integral stud fixing to the cabinet frame – it also prevents loss of the hinge pin itself by virtue of a novel shaft locking ring.

This feature is of particular value to users of cabinets, enclosures and housings for industrial controls or displays where door removal is required in the course of maintenance or re-configuration.

The 1031 features 125° opening which provides clearance for working with the door in place if preferred. Where corrosion is an issue the 1031 is available in AISI 304 stainless steel for long term serviceability.

Mounting of the 1031 is outside the frame concealed behind the door return – with weld-on or machine screw fixing optional.
