As a prototype toolmaker, RP's philosophy is to achieve what the client requires with regard to the part form and not to change the part design to fit in with the tooling manufacturing process, which is common practice in this industry.
The AD55L features Sodick’s latest LN NC unit which is equipped with the new 'TMM3' discharge power supply, meaning it is capable of high speed, high precision and high efficiency machining.
Extensive training has been given to RP’s toolmakers to ensure their customers get the most from this new equipment.
