Eurobond Adhesives has augmented its range of electrically conductive adhesives with Elecolit 3653, a single-component, silver-filled, highly flexible and solvent-free epoxy. The product’s flexibility makes it ideal for applications that are subject to vibration or rapid temperature changes and thermal shock. Elecolit 3653 can be thermally cured in five minutes at 150ºC or twenty minutes at 110ºC. It will also withstand operating temperatures of –40ºC to +180ºC. Stored at 5ºC, Elecolit 3653 has a shelf life of six months.
