Designed for compactness and dimensional compatibility, the ball nut dimensions of the new range are manufactured in accordance with DIN69051-5. In total, NSK will offer eleven different models and 33 types of DIN standard ball screws from stock, having shaft diameters ranging from 20 to 50 mm, leads from 5 to 20 mm and total lengths ranging from 700 up to 2800 mm.
With regard to specification, NSK DIN standard ball screws offers a DN maximum value of 150,000 and 160,000, a precision class of JIS Cp5 (better than ISO P5), P (oversize ball) preload type, and either end deflector type or bridge deflector type circulation methods.
By leaving the shaft end non-machined, NSK has the capability to finish-machine the shaft end locally in line with customer specific requirements. To further help OEMs reduce time-to-market.
