Anixter Components, formerly Heyco, has launched a range of cost-effective accessories for a variety of in-store display systems and point-of-sale applications. The range includes products that provide secure fixing methods for mounting, supporting, and hanging signs and decorations.
For mounting and supporting free-standing signs there are three options: wall stand-offs, suction caps and Velcro coins and rolls. The wall stand-offs are a two-part fixing for displaying heavy-duty glass and acrylic panels, frames and signs. They have an anodised steel body with high quality satin finish, giving a neat and sophisticated appearance.
The clear PVC suction caps provide a versatile, effective and low-cost method of securing graphics and signs to glass and other smooth surfaces. The range comprises four designs: a basic cap, one with a removable pin, one with a 4.0mm diameter hole to accommodate a thread, and one with a steel hook ideal for hanging lightweight products and decorations.
The Velcro coins and rolls feature a strong self-adhesive backing that bonds to almost any type of surface. This versatile product can be re-used time and again to secure boards, signs and displays.
For hanging signs, the new range includes suspended ceiling rail clips, self-adhesive ceiling buttons and metal hanging hooks. The suspended ceiling rail clip attaches to suspended ceiling rails and its low, discrete profile ensures it does not disrupt or damage ceiling tiles.
Self-adhesive ceiling buttons provide an anchor point on the ceiling surface that is ideal for hanging signs. They are available in four easy-to-use styles, including square, oval, circle and a square base with a rotating eyelet design that allows full 360º motion. A metal S-hanging hook and oval pop rings are available for use with the ceiling buttons.
