Pressurized cabinets for Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 with Ex protection

Marechal Electric Group has introduced the Technor ltalsmea Ex ranges of pressurised ATEX and IECEx compliant cabinets.

The Ex QPREX system is modular and adaptable to space requirements and has a maximum capacity of 10,000 litres. The pressurised system does not require additional certification once assembled.

New gasket technology minimises the dispersion of inactive gas, increasing the efficiency of the pressurised system and reducing operating costs. Because of the continuous influx of purging gas, there is no increase in internal temperature and moisture levels.

If access is required for maintenance or cleaning, when the doors are opened, the system disconnects; when the doors are closed again, following a cleaning cycle, the system will start again automatically.
